Launch of a new Full MVNO to enable a full quad play proposition for Telenet (Belgian cable operator). At the time, this was the first quad-play proposition worldwide and thus the first real case of fixed mobile convergence based on a Full MVNO.

Selection of key achievements
✪ Responsible for explaining the formulated general strategy;
✪ Setting up the 5-year business case, including the calculation of the possible income, costs, P&L, cash flow, valuation, interconnect costs and kickback calculation of the MNO;
✪ The negotiation with the MNO;
✪ Negotiation with OEMs and MVNEs;
✪ Managing the PMO;
✪ Identification and adjustment of the general planning to deliver the Full MVNO on time.


 Project BCDM (Business Central Data Mart) for Orange Netherlands as an assignment from Orange Group. The database was set up to support marketing and sales for Orange Netherlands.

✪ Implementation of a new database providing analytical information for campaign management for B2B customers;
✪ Analyzing data flows;
✪ Establish possible queries.

Setting up an MVNO, Mobisud Belgium, for the ethnic market in Belgium. Responsible for setting up the logistics and distribution processes.

✪ Outline logistics processes and distribution processes;
✪ Calculate logistics lead time;
✪ Calculating logistics process;
✪ Selecting and negotiating prices with the sales channels;
✪ Solving distribution center problems (bar coding, tracking, assembling, etc.);
✪ Solving all problems related to the logistics and distribution process (such as evaluation of product properties).


Make Ericsson less dependent on the sale of new technology / hardware and giving more focus on improving the software sales that runs on this technology.

Selection of key achievements
✪ Develop a new global software sales strategy at Ericsson HQ, Business Networks (BNET) division in Sweden;
✪ Integration of the new strategy in 6 pilot countries before the strategy would be implemented in other countries where Ericsson is active;
✪ Setting up course material.


Priority assessment for the CCO of Orange Romania in collaboration with Orange Group.

Selection of key achievements
✪ Business interviews with the CCO and direct reports from the CCO;
✪ Setting up a report with CRM targets and priorities.


Assisting the MVNO of MTV Networks in Belgium with the change of MNO provider from which mobile services are purchased.

✪ Convert TMF brand (focus on pre-paid customers) to a new MVNO provider.
✪ Developing a campaign to persuade as many old customers who were left with the old MNO (which setup a new MVNO for the old TMF customers) to move with TMF to the new MNO;
✪ Launching a new MVNO, MTV brand - with a focus on postpaid customers.


Increasing the number of customers at wholesale line rental (WLR) as well as facilitating processes.

Selection of key achievements
✪ Billing Project Leader at Verizon's European Headquarters in the UK to install billing cycles for their Wholesale Line Rental project in France with France Telecom.
